Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will unfortunately result in reduced treatment time and will not receive an extension

Kindly advise the therapist if you have any health concerns or conditions that may affect the treatment. E.g. pregnancy

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that we do have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

In an event that one cancels less than 12 hours notice, will result in a 50% charge of their scheduled treatment

Booking Policy

Please be advised when booking for treatments totaling R500 or more

- a 50% deposit (of the clients total) is required in order to secure the appointment.

In the event that an appointment is cancelled without the appropriate 12 hour notice - the deposit will be forfeited
